    A 20-minute conversation about the property, your goals and your numbers. We answer your questions, talk through pricing, and confirm whether the property is a good fit for serviced accommodation.

    On-Site Assessment

    We visit the property to value it as a short-let, scope any minor improvements (white goods, soft-furnishings, finishing touches), and put a projected monthly income figure in front of you in writing.

  3. 3

    Listing & Setup

    Professional photography, listing copy, channel onboarding (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct), staging, hotel-grade linen, consumables, welcome pack.

  4. 4

    We Manage Everything

    Bookings, guests, cleaning, maintenance, reporting — handled in-house. You receive a monthly statement with full breakdown and a payout straight into your account.
